Become a Certifying Clinician Under New Mexico's Medical Psilocybin Act
Conscious Physicians Psychedelics Academy (CPPA) has created the 8+ hour Certifying Clinician training required under New Mexico Department of Health rules, preparing DOs, MDs, NPs, and PAs who hold a New Mexico controlled substance license to confirm patient safety and provide medical clearance for legal psilocybin-assisted therapy, with ongoing support through the CPPA clinician community.
The completed course is pending UNM School of Medicine CME accreditation, with a planned launch on November 1, as CPPA's promise to the people of New Mexico to do everything in our power to prevent a bottleneck in access to care in January 2027.

Who this course is for
Who this course is for
This program is only for New Mexico licensed clinicians with a controlled substance number, who will serve as certifying clinicians under the Medical Psilocybin Act (SB 219).
You are eligible if you:
- Hold an active New Mexico license as an MD, DO, NP, or PA
- Hold an active New Mexico controlled substance registration number
