Many clinicians come to this work shaped by experiences they haven't fully integrated — burnout, moral injury, childhood trauma, or the generational weight of displacement, war, and survival. These are not weaknesses. They are the lived experiences that, once understood and metabolized, become your greatest clinical assets.

When you regulate your own nervous system, when you understand trauma from the inside out, you hold space differently. Your presence changes. Your clinical judgment deepens. This is what it means to heal the clinician so you can heal the community.
